The following points are strictly forbidden, and violations of the rules will be punished.


Behaviour towards/regarding staff:

  • Staff disrespect (1 Warn, 1 Mute, 5 Days Ban)
  • Impersonating any staff member (Instant Ban – permanently)
  • Pretending to be a staff member (1 Warning/Kick, 14 Days Ban)



Behaviour towards others/chat rules:

  • Inappropriate In-Game name (aka Gamertag) (Instant Ban – 60d/permanently)
  • Use of swear words or inappropriate language (1 Warning, 1 Mute (length depending on severity), 3-5 Days Ban)
  • Bullying (depending on severity – from mute up to 60+ Days Ban)
  • Spamming in the chat (1 Warn, 1 Mute (24 hours), 5 Days Ban)
  • Advertising (Chat Clear & Mute (24 hours), 14 Days Ban)
  • Threats in general e.g. death threats, ban threats, DDoS threats, etc. (Instant Ban – 60 Days)


Rules regarding skins:

  • Skins to harass / inappropriate skins (1 Warning shown when you join, Instant Ban – 30 Days)
  • Skins with changed sizes / transparent skins / skins with ANY accessories/cosmetics (1 Warning shown when you join, 1 Kick, 7 Days ban)
    Note: Marketplace Capes and Custom Made Capes are allowed, as long as they don’t violate other rules!



Rules regarding gameplay:

  • Abusing glitches with direct effect on the server / duplicating items (Taking away duped/glitched items. If bug/glitch abused 60 Days Ban)
  • Possessing any illegal/gamemode 1 items (Taking away those items with no further punishment, if traded/used 20 Days Ban)
  • Combat logging (Instant Kill, 5 times auto-killed – 7 Days ban)
  • Selling or buying in-game items/money for real life currency/money (Instant Ban – 60 Days)
  • Scamming that involves any real-life currency or ranks like sponsor or nitro booster (Instant Ban – Scammer Permanently, Scammed Player 60 Days)
    Note: Scamming in-game currency and items is allowed, if no IRL-currency or IRL-exchange is included!
  • Kill-farming (agreed killing/killing the same person repeatedly) (1 Warning, /kill & 7 Days Ban)
  • Farming the kits of the following ranks: capo, underboss, mafia boss, commander, colonel and chief of police (1 warn, /kill + 7 Days Ban)
  • Killing players in their own private lands (House-Killing) (2 Kicks, 7 Days Ban)
    Note: A House-Kill is when a player kills another player, who at the time of death, is inside their own house or a house that they’re invited to. This includes: Using explosives to kill players through a wall, shooting through glass, glitching into the house and abusing to get in, etc.
    This DOESN’T include getting shot or hit through an open door and getting killed by a player who got in by legitimate means (e.g. are also invited to the house or got in through an open door).
  • Building outside of houses and on balconies (blocks will be removed without warning, after 2 times – 7d Ban)
  • Bug-Using (2 Kicks, 7 days ban)
    Note: Bug-Using is when you exploit a bug within the server. This includes shooting through glass windows, shooting through doors, using explosives to kill players outside your house from within your house and other bugs that are not fixed yet.
  • Ban-Evading (All Main and Evade accounts get banned for 60 Days / permanently)
  • Hacking (Instant Ban – 60 Days)
    Note: Any form of mouse abuse that simulates or resembles an Auto Clicker is bannable (Ban Duration: 30 Days) (e.g. drag clicking). That also includes using any built in Autoclickers, Multi-Click keys and Macros. Butterfly clicking is allowed, as this method of clicking does not severely increase click rates.
  • Ping Spoofing (Instant Ban – 60 Days)
    Note: Ping spoofing is basically the concept of faking yourelf lagging by simulating high ping fluctuations. For other players it looks like you are having severe ping issues which makes it hard to fight you while you are actually experiencing your actual stable connection to the server.
  • Using of 3rd Party Services/Tools (Instant Ban – 60 Days)
    Note: Things like Texturepacks/Shaders excluded, as long as it gives you no advantages In-Game.
    Toolbox, BlockLauncher, etc. count as 3rd Party Services/Tools. If you don’t want to be banned, don’t use them on our server

Die folgenden Punkte sind allesamt untersagt und werden bestraft.


Verhalten gegenüber dem Serverteam:

  • Teambeleidigung (1 Warn, 1 Mute, 5 Tage Bann)
  • Identitätsdiebstahl oder sich als Teammitglied ausgeben (Sofortiger Bann – Permanent)
  • Vorgeben ein Serverteam Mitglied zu sein (1 Warnung/Kick, 14 Tage Bann)


Verhalten gegenüber anderen Nutzern / Chatting:

  • Unangemessener In-Game Name (aka Gamertag) (Sofortiger Bann – 60 Tage/Permanent)
  • Gebrauch von Beleidigungen oder unangemessener Sprache (1 Warn, 1 Mute je nach Schwere, 3-5 Tage Bann)
  • Mobbing (Je nach Schwere von Mute bis 60 Tage Bann oder mehr)
  • Spamming im Chat (1 Warn, 1 Mute (24 Stunden), 5 Tage Bann)
  • Werbung (z.B. für andere Server) (Chat Clear & Mute (24 Stunden), 14 Tage Bann)
  • Bedrohen anderer User wie z.B. Todesdrohungen oder DDoS Androhungen (Sofortiger Bann – 60 Tage)


Regeln bezüglich Skins:

  • Skins um gezielt Leute zu beleidigen oder gänzlich unangebrachte Skins (Warnung beim ersten Betreten, Sofortiger Bann – 30 Tage)
  • Skins deren Größe verändert wurde oder Transparente Skins / solche mit jeglichen Veränderungen (wie z.B. Flügel) (1 Warnung beim ersten Betreten, 1 Kick, 7 Tage Bann)
    INFO: Marketplace Capes und selbst erstellte Capes sind erlaubt, wenn sie gegen keine andere Regel verstoßen.


Regeln bezüglich Gameplay:

  • Ausnutzen von Exploits mit direktem Einfluss auf den Server / Duplizieren von Items (Abnahme der Items und ggf. 60 Tage Bann falls ein Exploit bewusst genutzt wurde)
  • Besitzen von illegalen oder aus dem Kreativ Modus stammenden Items (Abnahme der Items, falls sie verkauft / genutzt – 20 Tage Bann)
  • Sich während eines Kampfes ausloggen (Instant Kill, nach 5 Mal – 7 Tage Bann)
  • Das Kaufen / Verkaufen von Items oder Geld für Echtgeld oder Services / Produkte wie Nitro etc. (Sofortiger Bann – 60 Tage)
  • Scamming, bei dem Echtgeld oder Produkte wie Nitro / Sponsor involviert waren, führen zu einem 60 Tage Bann für den gescammten und einem Perma Bann für den Scammer
    INFO: Scamming von In-Game Geld und Items ist erlaubt solange keiner der vorherigen Punkte zutrifft.
  • Kill-Farming (Abgesprochenes Farmen von Kills für Ränge oder Belohnungen) (1 Warn, Kill und 7 Tage Bann für alle involvierten Spieler)
  • Erfarmen von Rang Kits wie Capo, Underboss, Mafia Boss, Commander etc. (1 Warn, Kill und 7 Tage Bann)
  • Töten von Spielern in ihren Häusern (House-Killing) ( 2 Kicks, 7 Tage Bann)
    INFO: House-Killing ist das Töten eines Spielers in seinem eigenem Haus oder einem, in dem er eingeladen ist. Das Verwenden von Explosives um Spieler durch die Wand zu töten, oder durch ihre Fenster zu schießen zählt ebenfalls dazu. Durch eine offene Tür getötet zu werden oder von jemanden der legitim ins Haus kam, z.B. durch die offene Tür, oder der selber eingeladen war, zählt jedoch nicht als House-Kill.
  • Das Bauen außerhalb des Hauses und auf Balkons (Blöcke werden ohne vorherige Warnung entfernt, nach 2 Mal – 7 Tage Ban)
  • Bug-Using (2 Kicks, 7 Tage Bann)
    INFO: Bug-Using beinhaltet das Schießen durch Fenster / geschlossene Türen oder das Verwenden von Sprengstoff / Minen um Spieler durch Wände zu töten, sowie alle weiteren Bugs.
  • Bannumgehung (Der Hauptaccount und alle weiteren Alts werden 60 Tage oder Perma gebannt)
  • Hacking (Sofortiger Bann – 60 Tage)
    INFO: Jegliche Form von Mouse-Abuse (z.B. Drag Clicking), der einem Autoclicker ähnelt, kann zu einem 30-tägigen Bann führen. Dazu zählt auch das Verwenden von eingebauten Autoclickern oder Multi-Click Keys sowie Makros. Einige Klickformen wie Butterfly Clicking sind jedoch erlaubt, da sie CPS nicht allzu sehr erhöhen.
  • Ping-Spoofing (Sofortiger Bann – 60 Tage)
    INFO: Ping-Spoofing ist im Grunde das Konzept, durch die Simulation hoher Ping-Schwankungen, dich zum ‘laggen’ zu bringen. Für andere Spieler sieht es so aus, als hättest du schwerwiegende Ping-Probleme, die es schwierig machen, gegen dich zu kämpfen, während du eine tatsächlich stabile Verbindung zum Server erlebst.
  • Nutzen von Diensten/Tools von Drittanbietern (Sofortiger Bann – 60 Tage)
    INFO: Dinge wie Texturenpakete oder Shader ausgeschlossen, solange wie sie dir keine Vorteile In-Game verschaffen.
    Toolbox, BlockLauncher, usw. zählen zu Diensten oder Tools von Drittanbietern.
